        Good.

Maybe they will finally be worth promoting now that WebQuest isn't running them.

It might just be me but the sites that WebQuest run, Huster and Vivid come to mind, don't even come close to realizing their potental.

WebQuest put them on the map Internet wise. They had zero presence prior to that relationship.

Nothing agaisnt Webquest, but just about any company that had already ran paysites could have done with they did. It isn't hard to run paysites.

I see LFP being one of the largest, if not the largest mainstream adult company. At least in the US. But when it comes to online, they aren't even in the playing field, and that is sad. LFP probably has more photos, videos, stories, cartoons, and a huge mix of talented people. They should be as big online as they are offline..

And honestly, after all these years, if they aren't.. Then someone failed.

Have you ever thought that running major brand name sites might be different than running a regular porn site?

WebQuest runs these sites according to the clients direction, policies and guidelines. The major brand names can not afford to run the risks that many adult websites take everyday. They have a lot at stake and need to operate in a different manner.

In addition, they each have their own view of how they want their brand represented, what they are and are not willing to do, etc, etc. This sometimes creates an un-level playing field with sites that are willing to show more, do more and in general, push the limits more.

The bottom line is that WebQuest has always produced phenomenal results for each and everyone of its clients, including Hustler, Vivid, GirlsGoneWild, etc. Larry Flynt himself was quoted many times as saying that WebQuest boosted LFP's profits tremendously. Our goal is to satisfy our clients needs, whatever they might be.

There is a reason we have the brand name clients that we do. Every one of our clients have been referred to us by one of our other happy clients, which tells you something. In fact, another big name client was just added to the roster at WebQuest!

                      http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?p=...5#post10928275

We had a very long and very prosperous relationship with LFP and an indication of our success is that they are now in a position to take some of the services we provided back in-house. We wish them the best and will continue to work with them in other areas in the future.

I refused to review the sotes on account of if I did a truthful one I would lose the magazine business. The sites sucked and had to be put together by morons. In Barely Legal they had pictures from Hustler.

One on the biggest and best porno companies in the world has a shitty site. They spend more on one stand at Vegas than they did the site.

We had a very long and very prosperous relationship with LFP and an indication of our success is that they are now in a position to take some of the services we provided back in-house. We wish them the best and will continue to work with them in other areas in the future.
Just look at their magazines and DVDs, then look at the Internet site.

No way anyone at LFP would of told Webquest to put together a bad site and spend a fortune promoting it. sounds more like Internet people convinced all they need to do is go for Traffic. If you are right then Webquest as professionals should of spoken up. I put together a better site then Hustlers, just did not have the budget to get the $100,000 stands at shows.

As for who was in charge of the site, no one at LFP would admit to having anything to do with it. The editorial staff were ashamed of it.

So if you are right the site will stay much as it is, if I'm right it will change. Time will tell.

One on the biggest and best porno companies in the world has a shitty site. They spend more on one stand at Vegas than they did the site.

That would be a good start.

It may not be your fault the sites suck if that is what the owners really want. All I know is that GGW, Vivid and Huster are among the most disappointing sites I have ever seen.
I was looking for a job, and then I found a job

Like I said the way Hustler do things on magazines and DVDs is totally different to the way they did it on the website. Whether you took their instructions or whether you came up with advice, as a consultant should, the site sucked. It was a poor example of what could of been created. A missed opportunity.

Your excuse is you did as you were told to do, so what were you a consultant running a website for LFP or a Gofor? One comes up with constructive ideas and plans, the others do as they are told.

I do not judge anything on what you did yesterday, I judge on what I see. The same criteria surfers use. I'm not saying that the site was not a massive success. What I'm saying is how much bigger could it of been if you had spent slightly less on the stands at shows and slightly more on the actual site?

You can hire me as a consultant on porn and creating it within my niche, my terms are $1,000 a day plus expenses. I promise to tell you the truth as I see it and not to go by past achievements when judging todays work.

The proof will be seen in a few months, if LFP continue down the same road as what the site was under you then it was their instructions and your fault as a professional for not telling them the site sucks. If the site changes and becomes better and more marketable then we will know who was in charge.

The bottom line is you had a fantastic opportunity to make one of the biggest and best sites on the Internet. Instant brand recognition, so why spend a fortune promoting it to webmasters, a mountain of free porn in the archives and being produced daily, financial backing and a huge wealth of porn and design talent.

You could of created a site that in two years was making a fortune and raising the bar over all for Internet porn. You missed it.
