    Newbie looking for sugestions

    I am fairly new to the industry, started out 3 months ago, still trying to figure things out. Please take a loot at my site sexxenjoy.com and tell me what u think. Any sugestions are welcome, any opinion (good or bad it doesnt matter).

      Something that might help is to use some geo-targeted text or banners to personalize the surfers experience.

                          I would bring your welcome message to the top of the page...

                          between the header & the nav bar and personalize it a bit to make
                          your visitors fell more at home on your site...
                          (since thats 1 of the first trhings they'll see)

                          you can compensate the empty space at the bottom by aligning your top sites vertically / horizontal, which ever fits / looks best...

                          Other than that it looks fine...

                              Put it this way..Is that the kinda site you want to see when you're surfing for porn?? Is it the kind of site you'd bookmark and return to over and over?

                              I think you've got too many banners on there - if you're gonna use banners, at least try to integrate them with your site, make your own and link them to the sponsors. It will work out better for you in the long run because more people will click them.

                              There's very little text on the page so you've got little chance of good search engine ratings, no link titles, no alt text no descriptive meta tags. You should definitely have those things if you want longterm traffic.

                              Maybe your webmasters link should be at the bottom too...where you've got it encourages the surfer to click around... Those links weren't all working for me too.

                              I don't mean to sound harsh, it's a good attempt... I guess I just didn't want you letting the surfmasters 'WELCOME ITS GREAT' kind of comments go to your head cuz then you'd never make a dime!
