Do you use your hosts managed backup solution? rsync to your own backup server? Tar everything up and download it to your pc?

I'm not kidding either, you will be glad you did it the day your servers HD crashes. -

Some servers I got doing daily backups to a backup server that is in the same dc. Then for the rest of the servers I just use my host tape backup solution.
Works great for me.
