Someone in this thread said something like "nature takes its course" That is sooo true.
In the past couple days I found out about someone who was caught putting up their personal links in place of the outgoing traffic of the company they worked for/ran. Stole tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands.
It's that type of scum that needs to be made public more often. To spare someone else of possible hiring or doing serioius business with them.
Karma has its way of coming around though. I've watched it over and over again. There are alot of total assholes in the biz that are good to do legitimate business with. It's best just not to let others get to you.Comment

i have only met a few people in this biz with any integrity that would follow through on something that was agreed to.
kicking people out of this biz who are worthless would eliminate most of the posters here, 90% of the sales reps, 50% of the "content providers", all of the submitters, most of the offshore webmaster idiots, all the sig whores, the fly by night designers, all the wanna be programmers etc.
there would be no one left but a few self proclaimed "serious business people" who are often no different or no better to deal with than those they despise.

An, "industry" usually has some organization to it where such an idea could work, but this so called, "industry" has become just lots of individuals out to make a quick buck..
No fixed guidelines, no organization, no concentrated efforts for preservation, no real accountability, no verification of affiliates, no nothing..

The way to do it is not to kick out people who are not liked, it is to form some kind of 'union' and refuse to deal with scammers, spammers, scumware makers and distributors, etc.
You must pay to be a member of the union and you get to use a 'seal' on your sites that states that you are a member of the union. The 'leader' of the union MUST NOT be someone who is in the industry, it must be an outsider.Comment
