I actually have lived there and am quite familiar with the demographics.. I saw the same thing the news did " white people finding food and black people looting it " its all in how you percieve it..

Put it this way , when i went into a poor neighbourhood before katrina i saw 1 white guy for every 99 black people , thats about the same as i saw looting during 9/11
