You can use the submitter chameleon and submit to non-recip requiring sites..

www.thehun.net is one

yeah, chameleon submitter has updated list of non recip TGP/MGP sites

if you're not using a submitter it's kinda hard work, cuz you've gotta go out and find them yourself... http://www.findtrades.com/ can help..Often the newer TGPs allow people to list their clean galleries without recips.

If you're in beta brigade (tell them rigrunner sent ya, then you'll join Alpha!) once you're in a platoon, there are lists of non-recip TGPs and other great traffic resources. You know.. the 'top secret' kind... heh heh...

Just downloaded chameleon demo to take a look
and wound up purchasing use of it for a month...
(waitin on the password)

Lets see how it works out...

Question can I use it without having to crop an
image from my galleries???

Yes but maybe you won't be able to submit to all the sites because some of them require sample thumbnail.
