My babysitter use to be the "mom" of the house at the Crazy Horse Gentlemen's club here in Vegas for 12 yrs, she has told me some stories about BillyBob. He has obsessive compulsive disorders, something to do with counting and not being around antique furniture. He likes the strippers, sadly he seems disalusional and showing signs of Alzheimers. Billy Bob got upset because the interviewer started the interview off by telling the listeners that Billy Bob thornton is an actor.
(that's what the interviewer was not supposed to bring up not the questions you listed, idiot.)
And that's why he said he refused to answer the questions.
That's the whole point and it seems to be a recurring point with celebrities in interviews.
