I can assure you I have more experience dealing with these types of people than you could ever imagine. The porn stores and strip clubs I ran, in major cities all across the US, were almost always located next to some violent ghetto or horribly blighted area. Numerous times throughout the day I had to chase off panhandlers from our parking lots, and when they did get money off our customers they immediately made a beeline to the liquor store across the street, or back to the ghetto next door to buy crack. No conspiracies, no organized gangs, just liquor and crack...
