    CCBill support on weekends?

    I have sent them several emails since friday and got just one reply. The reply I got though wasnt to much help "Dear Webmaster, I am not able to locate your account." lol. I always provide them with more then enough info so they dont have to email me back with any questions.


    Does somebody got a icq number to a ccbill support rep? I need them to urgently change a little setting shouldnt take more then a few minutes for them to do.

      call them they are open 24/7 with a great staff.

              Depending on time of day, they only have a couple people on duty so they're sometimes a little slow on email responses, but I gotta say their night and weekend people are some of the very best staff that CCBill has.

              I actually often wait until evening or night to call if I have a non-urgent problem because the quality of the response is more consistent than during the day, when they have a lot more people handling calls.
