I'm interested in learning the results of all this litigation. I hope either Jordan or someone from Nerdphobia bumps this thread and posts details once the litigation is complete.

My guess is the lawyers will be the only ones to profit from this litigation and business will continue the same as usual for both companies. In other words, nothing will change. But then again, I'm not a lawyer, nor do I know the details of the complaint which was filed.
