Looks like more of a parody type program that is taking a poke at how famous BangBros has become. Unless they were going around saying they are affiliated with BB then I bet it would be hard to win a case against them.
Much in the same way Porn movies have made parodies of real movies for years.. These guys just decided to make a parody of a porn program.
BangBros IMO should try to buy them out vs trying to fight them.. When trying to fight them you will just give them more exposure.. It's not like those sites wouldn't work well in the BB line up..

Actually, if NerdPass is intended to be more like what OxCash was before it transformed into bangbros....I'd be very interested in promoting that type of site. OxCash was very innovative and I made a lot of money with them. I still remember the message in the affiliate area that stated that they were only going to have a handful of original sites and not dozens of sites. And I remember them finding some very fresh amateur talent. Bangbus was off the hook back then. And I did real well with the mature site Older Ladies I think it was called? I'd like to see bangbros go back to that idea again of a handful of sites that were very specific.
But then again...my login for bangbros hasn't worked in almost 3 years and when I wrote support and asked for help I never got any replies. I still wrote every couple of months until finally about 6 or 7 months ago I just kinda gave up.

Wonder if he knows you can't postback sales to two programs for a site? and that all sales on the sites on both programs are only getting credited to Nerdphobia? it's imitation bordering the line of theft. im not too sure if its illegal as ive seen plenty of sites copy each other, a judge will hopefully decide who's in the right. for now, i'd hesitate promoting a company which could end up losing some of its sites or losing a lot of money in a settlement.Comment
