I hope you dont mind me posting in here, as I am a customer and not a provider.
But I am having some grief with assistance from CCbill
, which I have used for over 3 years to visit sites such as yours. Please be patient and read my problem, as it may also be affecting some of your customers.
It started when I moved 500miles away from my girlfriend. I built 2 new computers and both cannot purchase on CCbill due to time out errors.
I contacted ccbill and told me it was firewalls and such blah blah but no help.
So I let it slide, That was 4 months ago. This week I just finished building a new computer, same deal.
Ccbills response "It's an ISP issue". Great what do I tell my ISP "Hey guys can you help me get this transaction through on a porn site??????
".
But it got me thinking because Just recently when visiting my GF I could join through CCbill no problems. So I may be being rejected from purchasing (timing out) beacause I now have a different IP adreess which does not match their records of my previous transactions at my GF's.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated, as CCbill are definately no help.
So if the owner of Dirtydirector is out there, you definately have a customer here waiting.
