                                  Looks like a lot of work was put into the site. It would cost at least $400 just to replicate it. I'd pay $500 if I had the money. Or is that all default data/games from a script?

                                      The main reason for the price is that the traffic is mainly organic search engine traffic. The site is PR6 and that's not that easy to do.

                                      Anyway - no one is twisting your arm...
