    $15 dollar windows XP/Vista college myth?

    I was just told that you can buy windows xp/vista for $15 at my local college bookstore so long as you are a student. Is this true or BS?

      You cant buy Vista at all as far as I know - They do have a Eduacational licsense scheme for software though. At least they do here and in NZ.

              While they do have student licenses when I bought a student ver it was a lot more than 15.

                      When I was a student I got XP license for free, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were still doing that...
