Iv made around $2400 in 1 month and on date which i supposed to get payment, my account got terminated.

They said legal department flagged my account which is why i was terminated. All the surfers that signed up were refunded.

I never got any reason why my account was flagged.

Ratios like that are possible but you have to pre-sell very hard and maybe the pre-selling page can be in violation with sponsors TOS? Like giving access to warez or something if they signup or whatever.

As I explained to you on icq, I can't go into the details as to why but I was told there were a number of reasons why the decision was made.

Why wait until the day of the payment ? You guys should told me right away to stop senting traffic if there is something wrong,i dont mind working something out, i probably know the reason why, because i was doing 1$ trials and probably many people cancel before 3 days passed, and you guys wasnt making money on me terminating account is only way to go.

yep, sounds like the processor notified the proggie owner and they dont even tell them. I have asked numerous times, multiple processors. I believe they told me to tell the affiliate whatever the fuck I pleased.

My ratios are like that all the time, but its from tube traffic, so they would be a but off from the real #'s, but my numbers in general are like that since i have real high quality traffic, just not enough of it tho. So his might be real too, I have no idea.

I would doubt it was ratio related alone. I send a few sites traffic at on average 1:3 or so. I do not send many joins per day like he did. Ratio may raise an eyebrow and get you investigated though.

Looks like they found something else that the legal department had issue with. Then the OP also stated he was selling 1$ trials and many people were cancelling before 3 days had passed - his assumption. Which I think hints at the situation.

On flip side Google recently got ass handed to them in small claims over terminating someone without giving the reason.
