This is Shannon, CFO of Lightspeed and Steve's wife. Steve is currently in Mexico at YP. We did register a lot of Domains that night because we new if we didn't others would, and of course they have.
We do not own the one from the 12th...sorry to disappoint you.
Nor do we own many of the other domains that have been purchased in the last few days.
People (affiliates) had already started to buy them up before we did.

If Lightspeed and Jordan decide to release it that's fine. It's their choice. Of course it "leaves it open" - it's their right to do what they wish with the video.
That would not, in itself, prove anything. There's no connection between deciding to release it officially and profit from it, and your allegations of planning/orchestrating the entire thing.
If they wanted to create a viral video phenomenon, they would not have contacted us asking us to remove the full length version moments after it was posted. These are not stupid people.
Don't you think they would leave it up for a few hours at the least, if not days? Pornotube could flood their site with targeted hits. They know this, and they know all they need to do is ask and we'd link it up immediately and make it a featured vid. They did exactly the opposite.
