I have seen some adult blogs on blogger but I am unsure I would send them a email or read the terms

Yes, Blogger allows adult. But, keep away from anything that could be considered "obscenity". Mine is softcore for the most part.

They shut it off thinking it was an "autoblog". I wrote back, they reviewed it, and turned it back on. http://nudesblog.blogspot.com

2257 is definately for affiliates. You are considered a Secondary Producer.

Currently, the Secondary Producer clauses are enjoined, but onyl if you are a member of the FSC. If you aren't, there's a chance the feds will come a knocking. However, they're pretty busy with the big guys - the studios and cash companies that create the porn. Chances of getting nailed as a small guy are pretty slim. But, your mileage may vary.

To be safe, consult with a 1st Amendment lawyer who knows adult.

You could also use thumblogger.com. Its just for adult blogs. I have some blogs there. They have a lot of templates to choose from, are very easy to use and have a great support in their forum

                                Fsc

Is it too late to join the FSC and gain the protection from sencary producer clause? Would I of had to of joined before the injunction?

if going with blogger it would be best not to go with anything to hardcore.

I've never had a problem with them, but they killed two softcore babes blogs of a friend, so the "no hardcore and you are ok" thing isn't something I'd rely on...at least I wouldn't put too much work in a blogger blog.

These two blogs were flagged as spam by the blogger bot, when my friend mailed them to put the blogs online again, they deleted them. I had some blogs there flagged as spam as well, and they put them online again...looks like you need luck with your reviewer.
