Phone support is of little use. I tried to move a website off their service and asked if they would let me SSH in so I could gzip my www directory. The guys response: "I have no idea what you just said". Then we literally played the telephone game as I would explain to him what I wanted and then he would put me on hold and relay my message to "level 2" support. And no they would not let me speak directly with level 2 support.

Everytime I see the GoDaddy owner driving around in his Yellow Lambo in Scottsdale I flip him off.

GoDaddy has always been available to help me whenever I had any issues. I always use phone support. I think they are A-1.

I have an account executive who manages out account directly. I really can't complain about the treatment I've received from them for years.

I wonder if i just got lucky...
I never have any issues with Godaddy and even better the few times i needed customer support they were faster and friendlier than most companies i worked with.

Me too... I love my rep. She takes care of anything I need. I have no idea what service is like for those without a rep though...

Well his face is all over the web so it's pretty easy to ID. Plus I pulled up next to him once at the red light at Pima and Indian School and another by hanger one the Scottsdale air park.

I needed support only once and with every reply someone else was replying and that means i was need to send verification data every time.Fucking stupid.
