I have a lot of domains I just sit on so I'd like to see if anyone else wants them and for how much.

Others I'd like to sell since I am not using them for as large a project as I think they deserve. Some have small incomes like Sex Reviewed and Home of Gossip. Othes have really small incomes because they are parked. And still some have no income at all.

What do I want for SexReviewed.com?

Currently:

SexReviewed is $1250. It has a PR2 It is 3 years old and is paid until 2009. It gets approx 686 hits per day with 16% from Yahoo, 12% from google, and 7% from x3guide, another review site. The rest of the hits are from trades or bookmarkers. It can be easily turned into a money maker, I was making over $500 a month from it when I kept it updated with new reviews. When I had it as a review site: http://web.archive.org/web/200409260...xreviewed.com/ it was doing $1200 a month. My reviewer died, literally. So I made it a blog so I could update easier. But got into other projects so now I am selling it.

No, the other domains are not that expensive... SexReviewed.com is a built domain that has some income with major income potential. The othes are offered at $100 or less depending on the domain (obviously).

2 things- hotelheiress.in has only stayed yours because you promote valid links from the times i have seen it. that domain should find its way to us considering the squatting.

secondly, it is listed in google repeatedly and i think you should consider that. we can keep sending you checks if you like and host it. the key is it that it is not sold or used in a way that forces us to udrp or anything else.

We show folks the Alexa ranking as well as their Google PR ranking and pretty much give you the option of answering any questions a potential buyer would have about the domains themselves.

my point was, since when is it illegal to sell a item that promotes a trademark? if he was to sell it, and that next person promoted the same thing, no harm no foul, right?

I promote jenna jameson's site, her name is trademarked, does that also mean I can't sell my jenna jameson domains? no, i don't think so

I guess I am kind of dumb to the law, but just because he owns a domain that contains a trademarked term, that means he can never sell it?

It's a slamdunk with or without the transfer just based on the adult use first of all. Secondly, merely offering it for sale compounds the bad faith aspect of enforcement that one needs. Consult with an attorney--

You know nothing about SEO then... Some of those domains have PR, some have relevance and backlinks. Some are 'aged' and some are paid through 2009. A domain with 2 to 3 years of age can have links added without hitting the sandbox threshold...
