                    Madawgz, I can understand the surprise, but the people on here are generally tremendous clients for ALL the registrars... Moniker and NameCheap included...it would be crazy for any registrar not to take an active interest in the things that matter to you.

                        I used register.com back in the late 90's...then godaddy for the last 6 or 7 years. At godaddy, I had a rep who was ok. But he was slow, had a shitload of rules and they're just not adult-friendly.

                        I recently switched to Moniker. They've never lost a domain (not many registrars can honestly say that), they're adult-friendly (ever seen godaddy at a show?) and their customer service is truly incredible. I've got my guy (Chris Leggatt) on ICQ all day, his cell phone or a 24/7 customer service number at night. Their customer service not only answers quickly, they're also no-bullshit easy and effective. I'm really...really happy.

                                    Christmas last year Matthew at Moniker did something so great that I will for years to come be registering domains with Moniker.com

                                            I just lurked this thread and made an account yesterday at NameCheap with USD$100... i'm for years with OnlineNic (500 domains) but NC beats everything... super interface, extremely fast (transferred domains in less then 24 hrs) and free ID shields.. highly recommended (but the coupon isn't working , would be nice if you make a good GFY discount!)
