WTF?? SE traffic decreasing dramatically on my blog!

    Hey everyone!

I just experienced something pretty mysterious. My SE traffic (obviously it seems to be the google traffic mostly) is going down like nothing. I had like 250-300 hits of SE traffic daily - it was steadily going down throughout the last two weeks. Now I had a look at my stats today, and I thought WTF??? It's now down to 20 hits daily!!!

Does anyone of you have an idea what could be the reason? I still update pretty often (every two days most of the time). Could it be the google sitemap plugin? Installed that about 3 weeks ago. I mean that google blocked me or something, because the plugin submits too often!? Here's the URL of the blog, perhaps you can find other possible reasons:

Thanks in advance already for your hints

Yep. Google your keywords and see where you place. I just saw one of my site's PR fluctuate.

OK, I googled for the keyword which is the top one in my stats. And found the first hit for my site on page 34!!! So, this maybe explains that. Actually, I dunno where I was placed b4, but as I got like 200 hits daily from google alone, probably a lot better.

So, how can this happen, that I fall back so damn far behind in google's search results?

there was a google shift last week..I've got some great results for keywords muhahahahaha...but sorry to hear about your loss.
There will be another shift soon so I wouldn't worry too much, just keep getting those inbound links.

Just try to improve your website in SEO, and wait for another google shift. I've seen changes in incoming keywords, like every 15 days.
