Several days ago I emailed 4 different designers I found via GFY seeking quotes for a simple tour. I was detailed about what I wanted, without being demanding or overly precise. I didn't even hint at deadlines or price limitations. Everything a designer should want in a potential client. Yet so far only 2 have bothered to respond (days later), and only 1 gave me a quote, which I agreed to, and asked how they'd like me to pay. No response. As of right now, noone has confirmed the job or allowed me to pay them. What is the point of spamming GFY if you ignore job offers?

Can anyone here recommend someone reliable?
