I do not think someone stole it off of her new hubbies laptop.
Requires to much.
1. Someone knows of her bf/hubby. (secret according to press release)
2. Knew she got married and it was honeymoon video. (naming of it on youtube)
3. Knew who she was. (again as titled and they wanted to make more money)
4. Had a sophisticated hack into hubbies laptop to grab an obviously large video file. (I wouldn't even know where to begin and you would need to be targeting her. Doubt many hackers are just nabbing every video they see and this one got lucky).
5. Needs to meet all 4 of above.

Can't make a decision.
1. It's only a 10 second clip. If they were filming themselves, there's got to be a bit more footage, I'd think. Where's that footage and what is it worth? Wouldn't it take someone smart enough and internet savvy enough to realize the value of the footage and only release the 10 seconds, knowing there was a possibility of it's full potential in it's entirety?
2. Was the laptop / camera stolen? (asked in the original thread).
3. If it indeed was only dumped to a laptop, how'd someone else accidentally find it and get a copy of it without the husband's knowledge? Are her husband's friends smart enough to find such an "unknown" video, chop it and release it virally, or are they just a bunch of meatheads?

That requires that that one person who was lucky enough to be the only one to grab it. Knew who she was. Was smart enough to cut it and only release a clip and asking how to make money off of it. All of the options are *possible*. I'm sure some people do think I set it all up. I will admit that I'm not complaining about the spike in traffic since the video appeared. If the video is out, and Jordan's site makes more sales, then at least she will be compensated. However, I think a direct "jordan did hardcore" marketing campaign would be much easier and more effective than all this hassle. If I owned the video, I'd be shouting about it from every rooftop and cashing in big. But to set up an elaborate hoax? Why would I be willing to flush 8 years of hard earned TRUST? That's NOT my style.

I don't know the one you are referring to. This video is just 10 seconds, and shows Jordan riding on top of her husband. Jordan said the whole video was in several pieces, because they started and stopped the camera several times.
