    This just came from a member, how am i supposed to cancel when he doesnt give me a username?

    got this one yesterday
    Please cancel this membership that is located under my name! I did not order this membership and somehow, my personal information has gotten out and is being use to debit my account for money! If it is with your company, please provide me with a refund because I am in the process of getting ready to change my information on my account provided through the bank. This is really ridiculous that I have to do so. Your prompt response and attention is appreciated.

                                          I get those customers from time to time. Luckily they are mainly on one site, so I go into Verotel's user DB and pull it up by e-mail.
