to be honest, assuming the domain worths something (which doesn't) I think it would be cheaper for Brazzers to buy the domain than sueing in Montenegro. And that assuming they registered the trademark in Montenegro. I don't know if laws changed, but I remember some years ago Coca Cola paid for Coca Cola.(tld name) in several countries. Way cheaper and faster. And I'm talking countries were Coca Cola was a trademark. Again, it was like 15 years ago, not sure if laws changed, but even if they did, I assume you still need to have the trademark in the specific country for the tld
