Everyone in this industry should understand model releases and 2257 documentation by now. There have been enough public libel, slander, and privacy violation prosecutions, that if this is real, the tape will never surface again without someone getting their butt sued off or locked up.
If instead, we see the fake lawsuit ploy used successfully by others, and an "unofficial release" of the product, with Steve and Jordan somehow powerless to stop it, then I think it is safe to say that this may be nothing more than a marketing scam perpetrated by the supposed victims (even more drama that way - and as GFY knows - drama sells).
I am fairly certain that if Jordan's hardcore debut was illegally obtained and distributed, that Steve and company have the resources to track the source down and squash it very quickly.
If that is done, and Jordan Capri / Lightspeed produces no future hardcore for profit (even if with just her newlywed husband), then my prior regard for Jordan Capri and the Lightspeed brand will remain one of high esteem.
As I said in my first post, from what I have seen and read so far, I am skeptical.
