True. Easton works more with agents. I am in Michigan, so there are few or none around here.
That said, I prefer working with noobs. They are easier to work with. Hence my interview. I asked them about MY KIND of work/job (toe sucking, tickling). Not about the industry on the whole (insert your reading joke here,
).
However, I have worked with some established chicks off the modeling sites. My experience is the same as Easton's. They agree to everything, and then wanna fight you later. Including the pay. Not all, but more than some noob.

Agreed. I have gotten that from the established models as well. Especially from the model sites.
