I was above to 220 but now I been below that and I think it's gonna kick in going down.
I excersise 4-5 times a week and changed lots of habits (eating, drinking....)
Although I always felt good about myself I guess it all came to me when I reached 36 years old.Comment

None. I fit clothes size 0. Naturally blessed by the grace of God. I'm not religious, but I have been blessed with an incredible metabolism for which I am eternally grateful.
It's great to be able to eat just about anything and not get fat, while others eat 1/2 or less of what I do and are overweight.Comment

I would need to lose thirty pounds to be happy with the way I look. Realistically, how much am I going to lose? Probably nothing. Ever since I got hurt in a car accident earlier this year, I've had to give up yoga, which was the only physical activity I enjoyed. I cook with lard. I drink tons of imported beer. Rather than work on losing weight, I've been working on trying to convince myself that it's about time I gave up looking MILFy and settled for looking Mommy anyway.
