to sue for libel u u must show damages ..considering TD did not name u personally but used your "fake nick "screenname...wich u have done zero buissness with ..getting a dime in compensation or a judgment in your behalf is going to be one hell of an uphill battle...in wich u will have to pay out of pocket for due to the fact no half way decent lawyer would take the case pro-bono..unless you plan on representing yourself..and we all know that a person who reperesents himself in court..has a fool for a client
