Serious Business Question:

This question is for 2 types of people - Program Owners and Adult Webmasters.

If you had an employee that does good web design and general web grunt work (no programming, etc) that worked for you for 8 hours per day 5 days per week....

What projects, work or types of jobs would you have him do for you for the next 6 months?
