                            keep what you built, post an ad to get off site workers to do contract grunt work, and concentrate on other projects.

                            my point being, don't sell anything that can be managed by someone else for low cost.

                            create a training "manual" for your contract worker, put it on a PDF, and go hire some piece workers.

                            hint russians, east indians, or filipinos.

                                I'm a buyer. But so far the seller hasn't posted anything that interest me.

                                What he should have done for sucessfull sale:

                                - posted last months $$ stats
                                - posted last months traffic stats
                                - posted current SERP results
                                - posted the asking or bin price

                                Or at least offered all this on demand from the interested parties.

                                                None of the sites listed by Kush show much in the way of traffic on Alexa. Seems to me that in order to attract serious buyers, you have to show at least a peek up-the-skirt of success.

                                                            I do not expect to sell anything today from this thread, but rather to gather the information that people are looking for and to gain some leads. Everybody that I have talked to so far will have their questions answered, and I will put it all together in a very solid presentation for them.

                                                            At this moment I will, however, address Alexa's data. I know that Alexa is a decent tool for estimating traffic, but when I look at my Statsremote earnings and compare it to Alexa's information for my sites, the two do not add up to what somebody might expect.

                                                            My earnings are significantly higher than Alexa's data or some quick google searches might show, and much more stable too. My interested buyers will surely see this once I prepare the information.

                                                                    What kind of traffic numbers (raw from the SE's) are you getting?
                                                                    What's the breakdown from SE (Yahoo, MSN, Google), percentage wise?
                                                                    Are you employing blackhat or whitehat seo?
                                                                    Do you have an explanation as to the decline in sales/revenues? Is it because you lost a lot of link trades, or otherwise?
                                                                    How many sponsors are you promoting?
                                                                    Are they revshare, PPC or PPS revenues? If revshare, are you willing to sell the accounts as well?

                                                                                                        The only way you dont have to maintain/nurture your rankings is if no one else is after them and or webmasters are doing seo wrong. Even then an algorithm change could render all your seo work worthless.

I get the impression based on the supplemental results found in google that its been declining the last few months if its similiar to my network of sites. If that's the case, the percentage declines from month to month would definitely assist in assessing its present net and future incomes.
