I think they used to be PayCom, but I'm not sure.
The idea of having a second processor in case part of the internet goes down, may be valid to some extent. In that case, 2 processors in two vastly different places may make some sense, but I'm not sure.
For the record, BFT3K and others, and to avoid any confusion....
Paycom and Epoch are the same company. The Paycom name, originally used as a different marketing venue, was dropped a couple of years or so ago when we acquired the Epoch.com domain. We have been Epoch since 1996.

When the Ibill owners fucked everyone, they also fucked their own employees... Some of those employees went on to start Segpay and hired the people they already knew from their old jobs at Ibill.
