please explain! They are a San Francisco based company. They pass you on to a 1-800 number which gives you the run around. I am now serving them now with a DCMA.

Niteflirt is notorious for this... they will just blame the girl that is benefiting from the pictures. Most likely it is the girl that stole the pictures and uploaded them to their site, but they dont police it for shit and they rarely enforce it unless they are threatened legally.

Nothing new. Just do your best to contact them or send the proper documents to have them taken down.

they suck - they had a girl, probably a dude, impersonating Dawson Miller selling all her photosets and videos and making a fortune from it. when i finally got Niteflirt to take it down this person contacted me desperate to buy the content. they made me jump through hoops to get that taken down.

the best parts of this business now sadly are businesses built on copyright infringements that you can hide behind the DMCA with.

I've dealt with them also and I didn't have any trouble at all.

I called this lady who asked for a signed DCMA. After that our stuff was down within 24 hours.

I finally got a hold of Greg at AT&T which hosts the site and explained to him how much they are in violation of copyright law and he sent me a legal bullshit email to fill out. I spent an hour filling it out, and got a return email with the same rap, finally I told them cut the crap, here is my site here are the images here are the videos , you are hosting stolen stuff and they are responsible... They claim they are not. The just host the site, I spelled it out easily, MR X owns a piece of Land and a company called Mr Big Store opens a store to sell stuff, and in that store Mr. Big Stuff has stolen goods. The police come in and arrest Mr. Big Stuff for having stolen goods in his store then they go after the person who sold it to them. Mr Big Stuff cannot be ignorant as to where the goods came from, he was told... Duh Greg how stupid are you. Now I called my lawyer and going after Niteflirt.com, Good luck, but I will go after them under the DCMA act and see how it flies..
