i'm not really certain if you are trying to be insulting or not, or why you would go out of your way to be if you are.
Weither or not I hang out at gay clubs is pretty irrelevant to the fact that I'm looking for a location.
And, on a lighter note, this made me feel like I wa sin the cockpit scene in Airplane..."have you ever seen a grown man naked?"

Ignore the sig whores. Are you looking for a studio or private location?
I'm looking for private locations at th emoment, but I do ocassionally have the need for a studio.
I need to find a (private/secluded) pool for a shoot i booked a few weeks from now

There are some sick locations available in The Fountains community in Green Valley.

Site seems to be down for me but I would try to check out slaughterproductions.com that guy has a studio and prolly knows where to rent locations to shoot.
If you want to shoot me an email I can prolly remember a few other people shooting in vegas ( its been a while ) but I am sure I can give you a few leads.

i'll send you an email later too. Thanks for all of your help!

David shut down shop there awhile ago.
He was in Florida though so he's still got something going on. I think he said he moved to AZ.

Cool. I know a few people I can put you in touch with that prolly have a few hook ups on private locations..
I had no idea DS shut down the studio in las vegas.
It all depends on what you're shooting, but if I remember correctly there's a few hotels that would work.
If you feel like risking pubic indencency/nudity, there's Red Rock, Mt. Charleston, Lake Mead and plenty of desert area.
yeah, i've been thinking about some of the outdoor areas, but there are a lot of people that have properties that are private with similar looks and none of the risk.
I've shot in hotels, and a few houses, but when you start shooting a lot of content, you want to change up the scenery now and again.
I've done that a few times before, but hotels generally LOOK like a hotel, which makes it just a little harder to suspend disbelief.
I like shooting in houses, which give a little realer feel.
The Palms just spammed us with their new Playboy tower suites. They look phonomenal for photo shoots. We shot at the Sky Lofts at the MGM, also a great place to shoot - high end apartment looking kind of places. Other than that, The Hotel is not bad, if you want something a bit off the wall, the Viva Las Vegas Villas is interesting. We have shot at Red Rock Mansion as well, you can usually negotiate them down a bit. There is also a place called Club Chameleon in Vegas that hosted a swinger party a few months ago. And the Green Door is available to rent for photo shoots. A club a few doors down also will let you shoot (Hawks gym). It's a gay bathhouse, but they will let girls in the backdoor (no pun intended) to shoot so as not to disturb the male clientele...

Thanks for all the info!
I've got THEHotel on my list. I never considered the MGM grand, so that's a good one to look into.
I've shot at the Palms, in one of the suites. I didn't pay for it, the company I shot for did. i asked them what the cost was, and they had gotten it comped, but they said they figured it was 40k for 2 nights...
It was nice there though.
I've shot at Red Rock, and even did some pictures for their site for free. They seemed realyl happy about it, and siad they would work with me in the future, but I ahve to haggle with them every time. They do come down on the price, but usually too last minute for me. Maybe things will settle down during the slower season here.
I shot at The Artisan recently, which was a nice place to shoot. Every room is in a different theme, and it's a beautiful place. The regular rooms are a bit small though. It was very resonably priced (book it through orbitz instead of directly; the bartender there told me about that.).
