That was the biggest joke with with Plymouth Prowler. It had the center console straight out of the Plymouth Breeze/Dodge Stratus. North American auto builders need to get their heads out of their asses and put more effort into their performance cars.

Everyone has a different idea of what a sports car.
I have a sports car for a daily driver - a 2004 Mustang Cobra. Not the fastest car on the block, but I must have a four seater for a daily driver and I'm not at the point yet where I can afford something better to drive on the weekends only.
