sure, but getting angry because somebody hung up the phone & going to a big forum & posting shit knowing for fact that it would do what it did, that's just out of line... did he give them the chance to respond, don't look like it,, for christs sake, he couldv'e waited til NR / Xc was in their office.. nope, got pissed because of a phone call & posted in response to the phone call.. this is merely an interpretation.. only 2 people that really know anything about what occured are tmm & xc..Originally posted by Doctor DreActually there have been many glitches before in nats and it haven't caused them any problems.
The problems comes when they want to fix their fuckup (if it's a fuckup)... They want to fix it but it's making XR a bunch of money.
XR tells them to fuckoff...
Even thought it's nats fucking up with their software, from what we can read XR are definitly the idiots for not wanting to fix it and repay the money owed to affiliates.
John came public with facts.
Ego fucks up business when you have a mentality like
"No motherfuckers gonna hangup on me & get away with it.. I'll show them"
He should have waited a few more days.. he should have allowed XC time to get home/office to check things out & to respond.. (I am assuming john may have posted immediately after the phone call)..Last edited by spacedog; 08-28-2006, 05:36 PM.Comment

Also to add, who polices the Porn Site stats that John owns??

It will be unbelieveable. I can't believe any program would put all their accounting and tax info into public record. If NR's books are not 100% the court and then the IRS will take them apart.Originally posted by extremeExcellent news.
It'll be interesting to see the discovery process here.

while both are great products, nothing compares to nats.
this drama will be over soon. trust me, the guy stirring the muck has had his bouts of shaddyness in the past.

I stand by NATS' actions. If it gets to it, during the discovery in court I'm sure they will be able to prove their righteous actions about the original post TMM made which they're trying to sue over.Originally posted by heywoodholy shit now this is some drama.

Brad
I am assuming that since NR is looking for no less then 75,000 and is sueing for 5,000,000 that the lawyers are working off the retainer of prob 5,000 and will get a % of the outcome.
But, if that is not the case. Then they will need alot of credit cards to keep this going.Last edited by nojob; 08-29-2006, 03:22 AM.Comment

Its not really about that... though I agree ... and would be surprised if nats did this just for show. Anyhow thats not the issue. Court isn't about right and wrong, a good lawyer goes a long way.Originally posted by detoxedAre you insane? If what NATS says is true they have committed fraud against every affiliate in the program and all of you should sue to get access to real stats on their end.IW

Yes but the original original original post didnt say "we caught them shaving", it said there was a discrepancy and that at which time the discrepancy was sorted out, the license would be reinstated.Originally posted by Doctor Dreread the first post. Nats CLEARLY and publicly said that if anybody was ever caught shaving, they would make it public. They gave them the chacne to rectify the situation in case this was simply a glitch and they didn't.
Now I personally think John is an industry hero for making this public.
If it would have been over a simple grudge, I wouldn't say anything but it seems something is really fishy there.
I guess some people think from the original post that "they were caught shaving"... and some others just figured "they'll sort it out". The way it's interepreted is key I think.
Anyway, I was just curious if it was part of the contract, oral or written.
I hope both parties simply settle things and the cosmos reverts to harmony

So far, no posting on any Federal Court site of any Complaint being filed by TMM despite John's earlier post. If anyone finds proof of the filing and a copy of TMM's complaint, I'd love to see it.Albert A. Zakarian, Esquire

Don't take this the wrong way, I have heard good things about you....
But..
With all of these posts that you are making, and assuming that the negative message board publicity is a big part of your clients claims, aren't you in essence inserting yourself into the case?
Assuming that the alleged negative publicity on the message boards is key to the alleged damage being caused your client, aren't you personally perpetuating that alleged negative publicity every time you bump the threads?Comment

Could have, but why should he? You seem desperate to damage NATS with your constant posting on this topic, but the message is always the same: the fault is NATS for not being more tolerant, never that of the guy from Xclusive for acting so unprofessionally and having done so, then failing to regret what he did and act quickly to put things right. Is that one-sided or what?Originally posted by spacedoghe couldv'e waited til NR / Xc was in their officeComment

Good question. If you take my posts as a whole or individually, I am not commenting on the case. If you read the complaint, it asserts that the damage is already irreparably done. Still, interesting food for thought.Originally posted by JMMAlbert..

Albert, you are doing your job and im sure you know how to do it very well, but I honestly find it kind of odd for you guys to be around on these threads. I don't think it serves any real purpose because whatever is done will be resolved in a court. We could use your knowledge in threads like 2257 and so on. Just my 2 cents.Comment
