                                          Go and submit a site, its at the bottom near a submit button.

                                          I dont think it will last 3 secs in a court of law unless they track which sites are submitted and which sites are added by editors without the site owners permission.

                                              Well I don't think it can hold up simply because even if you are "giving" them rights to use your content, in most of our cases, the content isn't ours to begin with, we only hold a license to use it. If they start thumbnailing or grabbing our pics and placing them on different pages on different domains, I think there are quite a few parties that would be interested in such a violation (APIC anyone?).

                                                      Is nobody going to point out that "submission" in this case clearly relates to the ENTRY you're submitting for consideration, not the site itself?

                                                      They put that in so that they can sell Dmoz access to large companies or do whatever the hell they like with Dmoz content.
