Wall Street is public enemy number 1 in tough times. You can even go back to depression era gangsters, whom the public was actually quite fond of because they were targeting banks. Cramer vs. Stewart is just a modern day version of that.
It's funny because nobody had a problem with the system when the little investor was making a lot of money for more than 10 years straight. Nobody has a problem with the 401k's that were cashed out up until 2008 at huge profits. A lot of money was made by people on all levels.
Yeah, the fall hurt. But to blame some TV news station for not warning people it was coming is just ridiculous.
