I maybe forced to move real soon due to personal events. and i'm currently trying to gauge some interest on one of my adult sites if i had to sell.
I probably wont take screen shots as this is just gather interest thread, but here are the stats. The site is only 7 months old, memberships have only been sold for 5 months. Wondering what kind of ballpark figure i should ask for?
Unique Daily Avg: 5k+
Monthly: 40k+ uniques
Revenue from memberhships last 5 months: $7,000 and every month is more then the month before.
Revenue from ads: $868 from adservices ie: adbrite. Just started a inhouse banner and text link promotion as well.
Members: 8,500+
Posts: almost 70k
Alexa: usually around 50k daily, sometimes will peak to 15k and higher on the daily rankings.
Google: Pr4 and PR3 pages all over the place
New Member Signups Daily: 25+ new members on average
