found 4, 2 were banned, 2 were active. he's now on network wide autoban

oh dude there are so many of them on ePass its not even funny . I canned this one dude last week he emailed me and threatnened me with his balance remaining of 40 bucks saying he is going public . His address , was in shady country and fake and he had no tracking referrers from where traffic was . When i asked him (i was being nice at this point) he says to me "So what did i commit fraud"
I am going to start banning shady countries sick of dealing with some of these guys ....

i am not program owner but is that hard to find out who is fraud affiliate and who not? i mean, if the guy have serious website or network, filled with updates, linked to other sites, its something other than one blog at blogspot, so why not catch the people at the beginning with confirming every account by hand?
