when you start to grow...

I am a partner in a very large service in the Midwest. Had it for a little over 10 years. It's a serious cash cow so I can't walk away from it.

I can tell you straight up that it is a pain in the fucking ass. If I still had to do the day to day with it, I would have quit 9 1/2 years ago. My partner does all of that and saves me the grief. Thank God. Listening to the non-stop bull shit that comes out of the girls mouths makes me want to choke them out. Then the customers... oh man... some are cool, but most of them are assess. Just to answer the phone and hear them say "Uh, yea... what kind of girls you have tonight?" makes me want to scream. lol It's cool at first, but 100,000,000 calls later... fuck me, I can't even stand to hear any phone ring these days.

There are too many cons to list, but the pro is... it's a money maker if you do it right. However, most people do not.

It also depends a lot on where you are located. Some cities could care less, others will not stop until you are out of business or in jail. Where I'm from it's a non-stop battle, but somehow we are still going strong and making more money than ever.

Timing had a lot to do with my success. If started from scratch again today, I doubt I could do the same.
