    Offshore for affiliate?

    Hi,
    I'm thinking of forming offshore corp with bank acct, mainly for receiving payouts from affiliate programs i'm working with... Could anyone please suggest if I'm wrong or right...

    I'm thinking of Belize corp... the reason why Belize is that I'm not good in accounting, and Belize doesn't require any accounting paperwork or anything as I understand... All I have to do is pay their yearly fee for corp renewal, right?
    My revenues are not so high, but still I want to do this right...

    I didnt notice that any affiliate programs can't send payouts in the name of Belize corps or are there any?

    Also wondering, anyone had experience opening business Epassporte acct for Belize corp?

    I'll appreciate any suggestions and advice or if you recommend me reliable guys who could do this for me...

      If your not making more than $200k a year its likely not worth time and money to do it properly.

              Emm.. Honestly I'm making less a year...
              But where I live receiving money from adult affiliate programs may be not very respected way of making money for living Thats why I'm still thinking of converting to corporate entity... And also for many domain registrations whois data etc...
