First off, we would like to thank everybody for their patience with our switch to the NATS system. We worked very hard to be prepared for the switch but unfortunately we ran into some unexpected issues that we were unable to see until an actual "live" launch of NATS took place. We have been working diligently on fixing these issues but because NATS was originally designed for paysites and not for tangible products, everything we are fixing is completely custom. NATS has assured us that all sales and traffic info is tracking properly and we have performed numerous tests of our own to verify. We have just recently been able to manually transfer any and all previous data into the NATS system for proper payout information. We have sent out Epassporte payments and wire transfers and checks are now in the mail. We have compiled a list of FAQ's to help you better understand the NATS system.
Q. If I already had an account as a Fleshlight Affiliate, how do I login to the new system?
A. The email that you signed up for the original account with is your temporary username. Once you login, you will be able to change the username. Your password will be the same password you signed up with as well.
Q. How do I access the old stats and payout page?
A. You can access the old stats by clicking here:
http://www.fleshlight.com/main/stats
Q. Will my old links and old ref code work in the new NATS system?
A. Yes. Your old ref code will be credited to your account in the new NATS-based system.
Q. Is Fleshlight's percentage set to payout at 30% now?
A. Yes. We are now offering a 30% commission on all of our products. However, we also now offer you a lifetime customer acquisition so any customer you refer to us is yours for life (recurring sales).
Q. Do you offer a webmaster referral program?
A. No. At this time we do not offer a webmaster referral program.
Q. I am a new affiliate and just signed up; How long does it take to get approved?
A. We try to approve everybody as quickly as possible but it could take up to 48 hours.
Q. How are sales accounted for in the new system?
A. A join is considered a shipped sale. A shipped sale is one in which funds have been verified and the customer charged.
Q. What are pending sales?
A. Pending sales are sales that you have made but have not been put into a shipped status.
***Please keep in mind that pending sales also include declines, money orders that are never received, and fraudulent checks. If you are seeing a difference between your shipped and pending orders, this may help to explain why.***
