Vixen Wholesale from New Zealand that bought some DVD rights from my company, Pinelake, has now delayed the purchase payment for 3 months and frankly I AM SICK OF THEIR BULLSHIT. Below are some more email conversations:
I emailed him this:

Brian, why did you sign, accept, give me invoice when you KNEW at that
time you could not pay us? Why did you commit the deal when you knew it
could take you up to 3-4 months to pay us 2000$. Why did you sign a
contract stating payment should be complete 5 days after the delivery of
the last material when you cannot uphold such?
And secondly why must our company suffer from the fact that you have
internal problems incorporating the product you already purchased but
not paid for?
Third, where is our hard drive, what is the excuse for not shipped our
hardware back to us? I had to go out buy an additional hard drive
because I was expecting to get this back for another shipment.
So once and for all now. WHEN can we expect to get payment, just give me
a DATE, nothing else, stop bullshitting me, stop lying, just give me a
date. And I want at that date the payment to be completed and in our
bank account. So tell me, 1 month, 6 months or 40 months. I don't care,
right now I just want a date of when this payment is due so I can put
that in the system here.
And to avoid further delays of you ignoring my email, I would like a
reply to all these answer this week. If that is not happening you are
forcing me to go to other people stating this issue between our
companies.

With regards to your hard drive, I honestly thought that had gone back
to you several weeks ago. I will follow-up on this immediately.
On the issue of ignoring your Emails, this hasn't been intentional. Even
though it is difficult to repeatedly confront an issue that I have so
grossly mishandled, I make it a point to never avoid communication. The
recent delays in my responses has been due to our annual Erotica show
that took place last week. Every year, the last weeks in August is an
absolute nightmare and some of the side-affects is delayed
communications.
Now to the heart of the matter... Since I don't want to give you another
date that I cannot definitely fulfill, I need to sit down with the other
directors, explain the gravity of the situation and collectively commit
to a date. Unfortunately, I am in the States until next Saturday, so the
only definite commitment I can make to you at this time is to call you
with the chosen date on or before Monday the 18th. I know that these 2
titles are scheduled for our November release, so the worst case would
be a mid-October purchase date. However, I'm hoping to be able to make
the transfer much earlier than that.
