    Niche Program-calling you out from beyond the retired grave

    Heya GFY, hope all of you are well. It's been a while, but something has come up which I tried to handle myself but due to the lack of a response, I have to make sure anyone promoting Niche Program is aware that they have at least one video up that is without ID and release from one of the performers.

    This came to my attention in December, so I contacted the program right away. I initially got a response asking which video in particular I was referring to. Once I passed on that information, I failed to hear back from them after two follow up emails. Three months is plenty to determine if the documents necessary exist, no?

    Ownership is in the Netherlands. If anyone can enlighten me on the documentation requirements in that county, I would very much appreciate it.

              While I can understand the frustration, I do not think calling them out over 1 I.D. is called for. Plus, if they are TRULY based out of Netherlands, and not U.S. based. They do not need to comply with 2257. Which is why it may not be a priority for them like it would be for U.S. based provider.
