Some servants finally rebelled and had it put into their contracts that they would not be forced to eat lobster more than three times a week.

Cut it in small parts, put it back in the shell, cover it with garlic butter and cheese (real cheese, so non American) and put it under the grill for 2 mins. Yum yuuuuuuuuuuuum!
