Change your attitude, girls don't like the vibes that come off people who think they're sluts and you will make recruiting them harder if you think like that.

This is the best advice so far.

DO NOT APPROACH THEM UNLESS YOU'RE VERY SKILLED. You might approach the wrong girl and end up dealing with her boyfriend, it also might be illegal to approach girls and solicit them for anything adult. Check with a local lawyer.

Also you approaching a girl puts her in charge, not right for a shooter doing porn.

      Agreed.

I never ever approach a girl. To work for us. You have to contact me via an add, or a referral. I do not talk about what I do at the clubs, around the women, etc. You have to be "in the know".

now this is some good advice

Once you get a few girls you can pay them commissions for recruiting others.

i think that the popular jock party scout is a better idea over paper ad's. with paper ad's you may get the lonely and desperate which does NOT equal hotness.

If you are looking for hardcore models I would be careful with recruiting at a college campus. Using an ad in the college paper will usually bring unwanted attention to your activities. On every campus - even Rutgers (I am from Woodbridge and half of my high school went there) there will be a contingency of feminist that may not like an ad for porn in the school paper and could report you to campus police who would then report the ad to the local police.

Also, in NJ, shooting hardore porn is illegal and recruiting for it could be considered solicitation. You are offering to pay women for sex.

Also, screen your models very well. I had a client here in LA that tried this and ended up hiring the niece of a Sheriff's deputy. Needless to say once her uncle found out about his niece's part time job, he started an investigation into my client's website. He chose to close it down and get out of the biz instead of face a full blown investigation.
