as for machinegunkelly if you want mediocre work and a bunch of "i didn't get your e-mail" "my machine had a virus, i had to format and couldn't finish" and "african midgets from uganda held me hostage in my basement, that's why i didn't contact you" kind of excuses as well as bloated rates, I'd use him for sure. However I assure you the problem during your order was not fabrications or mistruths , Infact I have recently paid alot of money to have programmers develop a backend for my clients that prevents situations like this from happening.
No communication goes unmissed through my backend and things have very much improved since it was set up.
I have also switched my mail account account out for Gmail which has only failed me once so far , with a delayed bounce notice that came a few days later than one would expect.
I've never claimed I was perfect , and also never claimed than ever order goes out perfect , problems do arise
