Im buying a ready site. up to $60k
So , ye please post what you have to offer also i wanted to ask you people a question lets say im buying a ready website which is already brings some profit for 60k, so it will make aprox 20-30k a year, question is why would somebody sell it anyway? also i wanted to ask you what is so BAD about buying websites online, besides that all traffic might drop cause the sourse is coming from other seller's websites? please advice.

What is wrong with selling a site for 24-36 months revenue guys? How much would you want for such a site? 60 months profit? 120 months profit? Would it be enough not to call a seller idiot?

Usually the people that will sell very cheap are the sites where the income isn't stable or growing (unless of course they are just an idiot). Sometimes you can get a good site that doesn't make much and boost it up quite a bit in a short amount of time if you know what you are doing and work hard.
