    some people think the economy is in good shape

    polls crack me up - in this MSNBC/WallStreetJournal poll they found people who answered that they are satisfied with the state of the economy

    Only seven percent say they're satisfied about the state of the economy, which is an all-time low in the poll. What's more, a whopping 76 percent believe the economy still has a ways to go before it hits rock bottom.

                  If people working at Jack In The Box flopping burgers thought they could afford homes, then I'm not the least bit surprised people think the economy is in good shape. And for these people, it probably hasn't changed much personally anyway.
